My name is Nicki Sanders, Chief Visionary Officer of The Teen Toolbox. Our mission is to help teenagers make a smoother transition into adulthood. I’m a Mother, Youth Advocate, Life Skills Expert, Entrepreneur, and Trainer. I developed our Packaged For Success™ programs to help teens age 14-21 set goals for life after high school and create a road map to reach those goals. I have a special passion to serve teens in foster care as they create life-long connections and achieve economic independence. In addition, I offer professional development training for youth workers and educators. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and over fifteen years of direct experience with youth and families in residential, school-based, and community based programs.
