I’m no longer interested in leadership spaces that rely on depletion, urgency, or quiet self-erasure to function.
I’m committed to work that honors rest, truth, and humanity as leadership practices — not rewards you earn after burnout.

That’s the posture I’m carrying into 2026.

I’m open to partnering with organizations and institutions that understand:
leadership doesn’t require struggle
softness doesn’t mean lack of strategy
and sustainability is not a “nice to have” — it’s the work

I don’t believe people are burned out because they care too much.

I believe they’ve been asked to lead inside systems that were never designed to hold them.

My work lives at that intersection — where identity, leadership, and liberation meet.
