No matter your employment status, job title, or salary, you are worthy and valuable. You are worthy and valuable simply because you were born and you are here. You are enough – just because you’re human. You are worthy, valuable, and enough just because you are you!
Job search strategies, interview preparation, and salary negotiation are skills you can learn, but you are no less valuable if you lack or struggle with either. Your job or employer can determine your salary or title, but they can’t determine your worth. Confidence can help you explain or express your talent, capabilities, and benefit of your contributions to your employer but a lack of confidence doesn’t mean you are less valuable as a person, it just means you need to increase your confidence.
