If you’ve subscribed to my email list, we’ve spent a full year of Thursdays together as a community. As I pondered what 2022 will hold for us, I decided that I want to add more flexibility and creativity to how we communicate. I bet you’re wondering what that means.
That means you may receive messages from me on a different day. That means some messages may be longer and others shorter than what you’ve grown accustomed to. That means that I’m going to sprinkle in more leadership development strategies, mindset tips, stories, and questions. That means that although career advancement strategies are relatively universal, I’m circling back to a more intentional focus on women of color in human services and social work leadership. I have some things to say LOL!
That means we are upleveling our position…again…because we have to get off the treadmill and onto the track in 2022. No more running in circles, playing small, or operating in fear! We got things to do, places to go, people to see, jobs to exit, jobs to accept, and money to make!
