I created the Uplevel Your Position Career Development Program to help social work students and recent graduates launch and build strong, successful careers in the profession. I believe that we all should be paid well to do work that we love.
Enroll in the Uplevel Your Position Career Development Program to create a powerful collection of your work, develop the language to showcase your uniqueness, and increase your confidence. There are only 12 spaces available for undergraduate and graduate students and those who graduated less than 2 years prior in social work! A two-part payment plan is available for current students, but restrictions apply (two payments of $99).
In the Uplevel Your Position Career Development Program you will add a new cheerleader to your squad and help you discover your unique assets, uncover any limiting beliefs, and develop meaningful and expansive career goals.

The student investment for the Uplevel Your Position Career Development Program is $169.00. Only twelve (12) social work students and recent graduates are accepted in each quarterly cohort to allow for individual support, intentional implementation, and genuine connection. The new cohort begins on May 1, 2022.

Nicki Sanders, MSW, ushers high-performing women of color in mid-level social work and human services leadership through promotion to senior leadership. As Founder and CEO of Nicki Sanders Leadership Consulting, her mission is simple – to eliminate toxic workplaces by developing skilled, empathetic, and goal-oriented leaders who have the vision, support, and resources to create a culture where business prospers, and employees thrive individually and collectively. Nicki has an extensive background in nonprofit management leading high-functioning, multi-disciplinary teams. She is an accomplished professor, coach, trainer, and group facilitator who has combined her gift for authentic relationships, Master of Social Work degree, and over 20 years of diverse work experience to create a life and career aligned with her values and purpose.
