Ask Yourself These 3 Powerful Questions

As an introvert and a “helper”, I don’t just love solitude, I need it to function at my best.

As much as I love people – family, friends, clients, staff, mentees, students – I love me and I love spending time alone. It’s nothing personal. It’s not about anyone but me and my preferences and needs.

It was as just me and the birds in this video at Sedona Mago. I count it as a blessing to be the only human at the top of this rock watching a beautiful sunrise!

Introspection and self-reflection are essential to personal and professional elevation. You can’t pour from an empty cup. Ask yourself these 3 powerful questions to reflect, rejuvenate, and refuel.

  1. When is the last you spent quality time alone with yourself?
  2. What do you need in order to function at your best?
  3. When is the last time you gifted it to yourself?
