In May we are prioritizing our health – mental health and women’s health. Walking during National Walking Month, Mental Health Awareness Month, and Women’s History Month checks all the boxes.

YouTube Playlist: May 2024 Mental Health and Women’s Health and Walking

  1. I Am Still My Priority In May
  2. Poverty Is Bad For Your Mental Health
  3. Walking In Nature Boosts Your Mental Health

Let’s go a step further in prioritizing our mental health:

  • When do you feel most like yourself?
  • What are you doing when the real you is shining through?
  • How are you spending your time when your authentic self shows up?

Do more of that!!

For me, it is teaching. I am an educator. I feel most like myself when I am sharing information and resources. My mind is always thinking of new ways to simplify and deliver content. My classroom is wherever I am. My students vary based on my preferences and intentions. I love that my business allows me to teach in various ways including videos and social media.

Transformation Tip Tuesday with Nicki Sanders, 5/28/24
Transformation Tip: Assume The Best (social media video)

It’s super easy to fall into the pattern of doom and gloom given multiple external influences, but it’s time we take our power back by releasing some negativity.

Assume the best for your personal and professional life. Assume the best outcomes are happening for you – perfect client, great job, loving relationship, healthy body, supportive mentors, financial increase. Assume the best and welcome it in with your self-talk, ink pen, keyboard, cell phone wallpaper, quiet time, conversations, music, and decor. Assume the best things are coming together and all working out for your good then lean into the power of the shift.
