Many youth in foster care move several times. They often have to leave their personal belongings behind or their important things can get lost as they move through different placements. Black garbage bags have become the unofficial luggage of youth in the foster care system. This is unacceptable! You can help us ensure that teen girls in foster care have something of their very own (purses) and the personal hygiene items needed for daily grooming.

Our 10th Annual Pack A Purse™ Drive begins November 1, 2016 and ends December 5, 2016. We are collecting purses (totes and other handbags) filled with personal hygiene items for teen girls in foster homes, group homes, and homeless shelters. Our goal is to collect 1,000 purses which will be delivered before Christmas Day.
