Today I looked up the word ‘tool’ on the internet and found this definition: “Device for making material changes on other objects, as by cutting, shearing, striking, rubbing, grinding, squeezing, measuring, or other process. Tools are the main means by which human beings control and manipulate their physical environment.” I would add that tools are also used to help us accomplish tasks and to improve our inner environments. The Teen Toolbox offers a variety of tools to help teens make a smoother transition into adulthood.
