This year has been filled with surprises, twists, turns, potholes, and plot twists. All the uncertainty, confusion, and chaos has made me more determined to hold on to gratitude and hope.

Things I Am Grateful For in 2020:

  1. I am thankful for life, health, and intelligence.
  2. I am blessed and filled with joy.
  3. I am thankful for love, support and protection.
  4. I am grateful for my family and friends.
  5. I am thankful for the ability to earn a significant income from anyplace in the world.
  6. I am grateful that I have not lacked anything during this pandemic.
  7. I am thankful for a safe home and car.
  8. I love that I can do work that I love and support amazing people.
  9. I appreciate that you are a part of my community.
  10. I am hopeful that goodness and compassion are returning to our country.

10 Ways to Practice Gratitude:

  1. Keep a gratitude journal.
  2. Express your love and appreciation for those closest to you.
  3. Watch inspiring videos that will remind you of the good in the world.
  4. Do something nice for someone.
  5. Avoid negative people, media, and movies.
  6. Post quotes and images around your house that remind you to be grateful.
  7. Spend quality time with your loved ones.
  8. Designate one day each week to “no complaining”.
  9. Don’t compare yourself to other people.
  10. Meditate with your gratitude journal.
