Am I Ready To Upgrade My Faith Again?

I’ve said for years that “faith is a verb”!

The Bible says, “For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.” (James 2:26, KJV)

I’ve been evaluating my faith a lot over these last couple of weeks and I think it’s time to take another faith walk. If I’m being honest, I question whether I am ready to upgrade my faith again.  There are new things I’m exploring, but I just might be procrastinating instead of taking a whole new big leap of faith.

Stretching my faith requires change – new routines, new perspectives, and new actions.

Why the hesitation?

I’ve let doubt creep in. Not doubting my physical abilities but doubting if certain desires would manifest in the way I want and in the timeframe I desire. Yall do know that I am a recovering control freak right? Although I have a great track record of manifesting, this is what happens when I need to slow down and recenter myself. This is what happens when I spend too much time pondering the foolishness of the world. This is what happens when I get distracted. That’s the bottom line – I have allowed myself to get distracted. I realized that as I was typing! I have allowed my mornings to get too “busy” again.

This morning as I was getting dressed,  I glanced over at my most recent vision board while getting dressed and saw the quote, “Don’t downgrade your dreams to match your reality. Upgrade your faith to match your destiny.” and it stuck with me all day.

It’s time for me to refocus on my goals and set new intentions with the expectation that they will manifest. Time to kick doubt and distractions to the curb. I guess it’s time to upgrade my faith again!
