I have a Master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration in Management and Community Organization. I am an undergraduate Adjunct Professor who has recruited, trained, supervised and mentored 15 millennial staff and volunteers in the last decade. I’ve also recruited, trained, supervised and mentored 14 interns from 8 institutions in 10 different academic disciplines in the last 5 years. (My career has also included supervising multi-disciplinary teams that include staff with doctorate and masters degrees.) I am ready to pass on what I have learned to you!
The 2015 monthly Q&A call will be replaced with 2016 monthly webinars to help colleges and universities, nonprofit organizations, solo entrepreneurs, and small businesses recruit, train, and maintain fabulous interns. I will share information and resources for the development and management of successful interns and internship programs.
