Testimonials
Nicki has definitely been very helpful in developing my professional skills. One way in particular would be that she challenged me to assess the meaning and purpose behind the activities/program plans I think of. She consistently asked me to assess the overall message and take away information for my audience. She’s helped me form a realistic approach to addressing both youth and donors. She has challenged me to really identify what I want to do or try to do in my career and set specific learning goals for myself along with activities that help me learn. – Ebony Nicholson, MSW Student

The Get Hired Strategy Session helped me to realize I can move forward in my career goals and not allow myself to be complacent in a job by not limiting myself with uncertainties since I hadn’t really applied for job or updated my resume in a few years. It also helped me realize I can advance to my dream job while still working in my current position by putting forth the effort and applying myself consistently. – Shaunette Payne, Federal Employee

Nicki was a terrific leader and facilitator for our teen group. After seeing her work at our peer group, we are not only looking forward to bringing her back for one of these events; but also hire her to provide an ongoing training session for our mentors. – Nicole Harrison, Program Director, BEST Kids Mentoring Program

During our staff retreat, Ms. Sanders provided plenty of team building exercises that were fun as well as thought provoking. – Walter McNeil, LCSW-C, Chief Executive Officer, Challenger Independent Living, Inc.
