The Uplevel Your Position Program is for you if you are a motivated, ambitious, goal-oriented woman of color in human services leadership with a degree in social work, sociology, counseling, psychology, public health, education, or criminal justice.
Enrollment opened yesterday (11/18) and closes on Black Friday, Friday, November 26th, for my November 2021 quarter 4 cohort of the Uplevel Your Position Career Development Program. The program investment is $597.00. There are only 10 spaces available for high-performing women of color in social work and human services leadership who are ready to elevate their confidence, increase their salary, and accelerate their career advancement. Nicki Sanders, MSW, CEO, is a Career and Empowerment Strategist who helps high-performing women of color in management go from overworked, underpaid, and unappreciated to energized, well paid, and appreciated. Through Nicki Sanders Leadership Consulting, she also helps businesses recruit, hire, train, and retain great employees. Nicki has an extensive background in developing and managing successful programs and leading high-functioning multi-disciplinary teams. She is an accomplished professor, coach, trainer, and group facilitator who has combined her gift for authentic relationships, Master of Social Work degree, and over 20 years of diverse work experience to create a life she loves.
