There’s Still Time in this 4th Quarter



We are in the last quarter of 2021.

My word for 2021 is completion and I have done all the things in my business that I committed to doing at the start of this year. Creating and promoting a signature program/course for women of color in human services was at the top of the task list. I am so proud of my Uplevel Your Position Career Development Program. I decided that the Uplevel Your Position Career Development Program will be facilitated quarterly, but at the end of quarter 3, I almost let an old habit creep in. I was seriously considering not hosting my Uplevel Your Position Career Development Program again in 2021. All the fear-based excuses popped up in my head – end of the semester grading, Black Friday competition, people wanting to wait until the new year to level up, what if no one enrolls. Then I remembered that none of those things mattered because I had committed to completing this task. Doubt and fear had to go. I didn’t just host a fourth challenge (Uplevel Your Self-Talk) and open enrollment to Uplevel Your Position Program on November 18th, I also upleveled the materials that are a part of the program. Yep, I took things a step further to improve participant experience and results!  I’m so excited for the transformation about to take place!

Although we’re in the 4th quarter, there’s still time for you to shoot your shot.

Uplevel Your Position Career Development Program November 2021 quarter 4 cohort enrollment ends on Black Friday, Friday, November 26th. The program investment is $597.00. There are only 10 spaces available for high-performing women of color in social work and human services leadership who are ready to elevate their confidence, increase their salary, and accelerate their career advancement.
