How Will You Make This Year Memorable?

I have functioned on a September to June school year schedule for over 2 decades in my career. In June, I usually ask myself what’s my new thing or what’s my next thing. I also try to have mini-excursions and try new things throughout the year. If we’re not growing we’re dying. Personal development is as important as professional development.

Here’s a little motivation for your Monday.

We are halfway through 2023

What are you doing to make this year memorable?

I have a formula that works INCREDIBLY WELL for me. And it’s simple.

I do this…

I add an annual Misogi (one big event), 6 Kevin’s rule trips/activities a year (explained in video) and I add one winning habit every quarter. That’s not hard to do over 365 days. And it builds and incredible LIFE RESUME. I’m not saying to work less. I’m saying incorporate the above.

If you do that… you are radically improving the chances that you will have an incredible year… and show up BETTER at work and home because you are checking the “YOU” box….the key is to put them on the calendar… don’t wait!

It isn’t too late to start to put them on your calendar… 6 more months to make this year great!

What are you looking forward to for the second half of 2023?
