Facts: Many employees have been faced with challenge and loss; they are evaluating what is truly important in their lives. Companies are seeking new and top talent essential to thrive through Covid-19. Hiring is still happening.
Opinion: If you think this is the worst time to make a career move, it may just be the best time. I do not want you to remain stagnant in your career, but I am also not advocating making impulsive decisions.
