Is This the Right Time to Change Jobs?

Facts: Many businesses are struggling to earn a profit and millions of American have found themselves unemployed as coronavirus

Opinions: I’ve heard many say that the coronavirus pandemic is the worst time to change jobs. That employees should be happy that they are still employed and should stay put – even if they are unhappy in their jobs.

Facts: Many employees have been faced with challenge and loss; they are evaluating what is truly important in their lives. Companies are seeking new and top talent essential to thrive through Covid-19. Hiring is still happening.

Opinion: If you think this is the worst time to make a career move, it may just be the best time. I do not want you to remain stagnant in your career, but I am also not advocating making impulsive decisions.
