My 90-day Momentum Journey: Choosing Visibility, Consistency, and Myself

I started a 90-Day Momentum Journey on May 1, 2026.

Not because I need to become someone new.
Because I am no longer shrinking.

For 90 days, I am intentionally committing to visibility, consistency, and personal investment:

  • one video with my face and voice every day,
  • and one intentional ask or application

This journey is bigger than content creation.

It is about getting back to consistently prioritizing my own goals, growth, and leadership – no longer abandoning myself.

For a long time, like many high-performing women, I overextended myself for everyone else:

  • supporting,
  • helping,
  • leading,
  • solving,
  • producing,
  • carrying.

Meanwhile, my own visibility, needs, goals, and thought leadership often moved to the background.

This journey is a continuation of the shift.

A shift away from disappearing behind service.
A shift away from overworking without intentional alignment.
A shift away from constantly pouring outward while neglecting myself.

Momentum requires intentional movement.

Not perfection.
Not burnout.
Not constant hustle.

Just consistent action rooted in purpose.

Some days the videos will feel easy.
Some days they won’t.
Some days the asks will feel bold.
Some days they will stretch me.

But leadership is not just about what we teach others.
It is also about what we model.

And I want to model what it looks like to:

  • stop minimizing,
  • show up consistently,
  • invest in yourself,
  • honor your capacity,
  • and lead visibly.

Because visibility is not vanity.

Visibility is positioning.
Visibility is leadership.
Visibility is ownership.

And momentum is built one intentional decision at a time.
