The revelation I received on Wednesday, January 15, 2014, is “STOP HIDING”! And you know what? Funny thing is that I didn’t realize that I was hiding but I have definitely have been hiding. Hiding my face by not posting pictures and creating videos, hiding my voice by not hosting teleseminars and webinars, hiding my heart by blogging about the world around me instead of writing about my world, hiding my gifts by taking business baby steps instead of leaps of faith! I’m not perfect and I never will be but I’m ready to stop hiding. Today I am going to share my revised bio with you (probably the most formal writing you will be see from me in the coming weeks). Are you ready to accompany me on this journey? Ready to stop hiding? It’s time!!

Nicki Sanders is a social worker, entrepreneur, and author with over 15 years experience in community-based, school-based, and residential programs. She is the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of Packaged For Success, LLC. Packaged For Success is a thriving training and consulting company that provides success strategies and resources to individuals and organizations. Packaged For Success specializes in program management, youth investment, career development, and personal empowerment.
Nicki has delivered quality training and workshops for various organizations including Maryland Association of Resources for Families and Youth (MARFY), Prince George’s County Department of Social Services, Glory Soldiers Global, Trinity University, Crossland Evening High School, Dr. Henry A. Wise, Jr. High School, Howard County NAACP Youth Council, and National Executive Youth Leadership Summit.

Nicki is the mother of an amazing daughter. In addition to family time and Packaged For Success, Nicki spends time advocating for public awareness and public engagement for youth aging out of the foster care system.
Nicki received her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Trinity University and her Master’s of Social Work degree from University of Maryland, Baltimore. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), Maryland Chapter, American Association of University Women (AAUW) Howard County Branch, and Maryland Career Development Association.
