The S.O.F.T. Leadership™ Distinction

Let me be clear that S.O.F.T. Leadership™ is not about becoming a weak, naïve or passive leader.

I’m not interested in teaching women how to become more palatable leaders.

S.O.F.T. Leadership™ is a methodology for helping high-performing Women of Color recognize and dismantle leadership conditioning so they can exit survival mode and move into leading from professional sovereignty.

S — Strategy helps you remember who you are.

O — Opportunity helps you reclaim the authority to define your own leadership.

F — Fulfillment gives you permission to lead from alignment instead of obligation.

T — Transformation helps you create a life and leadership practice you can actually sustain.

Because the question isn’t:

How can I become a softer leader?

The question is:

What if I no longer had to abandon myself to be a successful one?

That is the distinction.

S.O.F.T. Leadership™ isn’t about asking women to shrink, soften their voice, lower their standards, or make themselves easier for other people to receive.

It is about separating ourselves from the conditioning that taught us those things were the price of leadership.

You don’t need to become less powerful.

You need the freedom to decide how you want to use your power.

That’s professional sovereignty.

Leading from choice, not conditioning.

RELATED:

  1. Leadership conditioning doesn’t just shape how you lead
  2. Professional sovereignty isn’t about having absolute control over every aspect of your leadership career.
