Welcome to April 2023!
April is:
- Internship Awareness Month
- Stress Awareness Month
- Financial Literacy Month
- My birthday Month – It’s Aries season and I am a few days away from a milestone birthday!
Social Work Month 2023 has ended and so has quarter 1. This first full week of April and the first full month of spring is a great time for self-reflection. How was your first quarter of 2023?
How will you social work differently in quarter 2?
I. I loved doing the daily Social Work Month videos so I’ve decided to do more video/audio blogs and not as many super-long written blog posts. I’m continuing to post new blogs every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, at least for the near future.
You can follow my birthday countdown this week with new daily videos on my social media pages highlighting empowerment messages through my t-shirt selections.
- Day 1: I Am
- Day 2: Shine In confidence
II. As a Case Manager, one of the things I appreciated about working with my clients is the ability to see quick results (unlike with therapy which could take years). I will be promoting my a la carte services a bit more so that my clients can experience quicker wins to elevate their confidence and accelerate their career advancement. These services, listed on my STRATEGIZE page on my website, are my:
- Career Activation Strategy Session
- Interview Preparation Consultation
- Career Brainstorming Session
- Job Search Audit
III. Remember I committed to showing up fully? Well, I am ready to share my wisdom with the world through more speaking engagements – professional development training, conferences, panels, podcast and YouTube interviews, guest lecturer opportunities, and workshop/group facilitation. Contact me to determine how I can best support your staff, students, interns, and group members.
IV. Yes, On My Terms leadership development coaching is still available for those who are ready to level up in their careers through self-mastery. Apply to On My Terms to receive ongoing support in achieving career clarity and releasing job search frustration and confusion. Apply to On My Terms to move beyond societal and self-imposed limitations to experience career fulfillment. It’s GO Time!
