I considered different words as a potential word of the year for 2022 and then the word elevation came to me. I felt it intensely once it hit my spirit. I waited a few more days and received confirmation that it indeed was the right word for me. After I definitively selected the word, one day later I received an email suggesting elevation as my word for the year – more confirmation.
Word of the Year 2022: Elevation
Elevation is the next level in the continuous evolution of my life and business – upward movement, self-growth, and increase. Elevation as in continuing to uplevel my position.

I am progressing from completion (2021) to elevation (2022). I am going above and beyond my effort in 2021 to reach my goals in 2022. Elevation steps:
- Be More Authentic – stop pretending
- Show Up Fully – stop hiding
- Set New Boundaries – stop conceding
- Go All In – stop waiting
Nourishment For The Elevation Journey:
- You can only go as high as you believe you can.
- If you want to soar you have to let go of the things that are weighing you down.
- Reconnect with your highest self and start showing up as her.
