Nick Sanders, Founder & CEO, has over 15 years of experience in nonprofit management. Nicki is recognized for leading high-functioning, multi-disciplinary teams, employee recruitment and retention, program quality, volunteer engagement, and internship and social impact programming. She is an adjunct professor and social work entrepreneur/career coach.
As a Black woman in social work leadership who previously dimmed her light, Nicki is passionate about helping high-performing women of color in social work leadership walk in their power, honor their achievements, build a strong professional network, and level up in their careers. Strategic Career Management is the lifelong process of investing resources into your career to maintain or increase your value in the workplace, undertake work that is personally satisfying, strive for work/life balance, and achieve financial security.
