As I continue to embrace Nicki unapologetically and live in my authenticity, I realize that even when I was a full-time employee it was my entrepreneurial traits that made me a great employee and leader.

I am a natural teacher – professor, workshop facilitator, researcher, panelist. My zone of genius includes sharing information and simplifying concepts for practical, real-life application, and empowering people to tap into their highest potential. I pursued a macro social work degree because I am a systems thinker group work has a gift for developing strategies to take ideas from vision to reality.
I am not just a career coach who doesn’t like doing resumes and cover letters, but love teaching my clients strategies to update their own resumes and cover letters to show them that often the main problem with their job search is that they have underestimated themselves and disregarded their experiences and skills. I am a Social Work Empowerment Coach who helps high-performing women of color in social work leadership learn to leverage their social work skills and experience to secure work that fills their hearts, minds, and wallets.
I am realigning with my purpose and intently focusing on higher-level impact.
I am moving away from individual one-time career services and moving toward higher-level transformation. I am streamlining my service offerings and how they are delivered. I am putting the finishing touches on a group program and a social work career development seminar. I am ready for more media, podcast and YouTube guest appearances. I am ready for client VIP Days. I am ready to travel the world coaching leaders, higher education guest lecturing, delivering training for corporations and universities, presenting at conferences, and teaching my personal development and career fulfillment workshops!
