She has packaged her Masters of Social Work degree and over 15 years of work experience into Packaged For Success, a training and professional development company. Nicki is passionate about organizational and career development. She is an Adjunct Professor who has an extensive experience in developing and managing internship programs.

Thanks to the awesome generosity and compassion of all the donors, sponsors, ambassadors and volunteers of our 13th Annual Pack A Purse™ Drive, we collected and distributed 754 purses filled with toiletries and 79 cosmetic bags and wallets to 21 youth serving organizations.
